One final time. Welcome to THE FINAL LA ELEVATE: Technique + Slink – Villain Era.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

• The dancer who's taken a handful (or more) of beginner heels classes and is ready for what's next.

• Women with a foundational understanding of dance and heels who want to deepen their technique, movement quality, and artistry.

• The intermediate heels dancer who's ready to lock in, work hard, and refine her craft.

• Anyone craving a stronger technical foundation without sacrificing flow, sensuality, or self-expression.

• The woman who's ready to be challenged, receive corrections, and leave a more confident, capable dancer than when she walked in.

This is the final ELEVATE program I'll be teaching in Los Angeles before my move to New York, and I wanted to create something that feels like the perfect culmination of everything I've learned from years of training women in heels.

Over the years, I've noticed something.

Some dancers become incredibly technical... but struggle to let go.

Others move beautifully... but lack the technical foundation that allows them to feel truly confident and in control.

This program was designed to bridge that gap.

Over eight 2-hour sessions (16 hours total) with an intimate group of 25–30 women, we'll train both the precision and the freedom that create truly captivating dancers.

Technique Days will focus on building the strongest foundation possible through drills, balance, turns, walks, lines, weight transfers, musicality, and the details that make movement feel polished, powerful, and effortless.

Slink Days are where we let it all breathe.

We'll step out of our heels and into a slower, more sensual style of movement - exploring texture, fluidity, floorwork, sensuality, confidence, and performance quality. Less about memorizing choreography, and more about discovering the version of yourself that doesn't second-guess her movement.

Wrapped around it all is our Villain Era 😈 a dark femme-inspired atmosphere where we'll embody confidence, mystery, power, and unapologetic presence. Not because we're becoming someone else, but because we're finally allowing ourselves to take up space without asking permission.

Whether you're dancing for yourself, the stage, the camera, or your own healing, this program is designed to leave you technically stronger, artistically freer, and more connected to the woman you become when confidence stops being something you perform, and starts being something you embody.

I cannot think of a more meaningful way to close this chapter in Los Angeles than dancing beside all of you one last time.
