BODYLOVE ELEVATE: HEELS TECHNIQUE 3.0

Hi beautiful women,

Welcome to ELEVATE 3.0 (SUMMER EDITION) — a transformative dance journey designed to deepen your heels technique and leave space for you to live your best summer life.

This time around, we’ll be meeting on alternating weekends throughout the summer, giving you time to travel, play, slay, and still grow in your craft.

This immersive program includes eight 2-hour sessions (16 hours total) with a powerful group of 25–30 women. Together, we’ll focus on:

• strengthening your heels foundation,

• refining finesse and fluid transitions,

• mastering choreography,

• and reconnecting to the divine feminine energy that lives in your body.

Whether you're dancing for yourself, for the stage, or for your healing — this program is built for your growth.
