9/7 GROUP PRIVATE LESSON - BEG/INT LEVEL HEELS

GROUP PRIVATE LESSONS with Kayla Brenda are two hours long with 6 participants maximum. This intimate small group setting allows for more individualized training and attention throughout the entire class.  From warm up, to foundations and technique, and throughout choreography and filming (if desired), you will work at a more nuanced pace with plenty of time for questions and clarifications.

For this group private lesson, we will be doing some hot CHAIR choreography to "BAD INTENTIONS".

Breakdown of Private Lesson for Beginning/Intermediate Level dancers: 

-Warm up 

-Heels foundations  

-Technique drills across the floor

-Choreography combination

-Filming choreography on your own mobile device (if desired)

-Cool down

-Please make sure to bring: water, heels, and knee pads!

-We will light the room nicely for vibes and filming.
