Fiji has been my personal reset button since 2017.

That year, I had just finished my first whirlwind season touring the world with Jason Derulo. I was living one of my lifelong dreams — performing in arenas across the globe, traveling constantly, doing the thing I had worked my entire life to do.

And at the exact same time, I was in the middle of leaving a 10 year relationship and a 4 year marriage.

It was one of those strange seasons where life hands you the highest highs and the deepest lows all at once. One moment I was looking out at arenas filled with screaming fans, living a dream I’d been working toward my whole life. The next, I was grieving another dream - the life and future I thought my marriage would hold.

I remember realizing that if I didn’t step away from the noise, I would lose the ability to hear my own truth.

I needed space from expectations, opinions, and pressure. I needed to step outside of the life I was living long enough to ask myself a very simple question:

What does my soul actually want?

So one night, sitting at my best friend’s house, I booked a solo ticket to Fiji.

I had never been there before. But something in me knew I needed two things:

My mind was loud.
Cluttered.
Full of everyone else’s voices.

and different stars...

When you’re standing on an island in the middle of the Pacific, something shifts. The world feels quieter. The urgency fades. The endless noise of life loosens its grip on you.

Every time I’ve returned to Fiji since (three times now), it has felt like stepping through a portal back to myself.

A place where the world can keep spinning however it wants to spin… and I get to just exist. Listening to the thoughts in my own head. Feeling my feet on the earth. Remembering who I am when the outside world isn’t pulling on me from every direction.

Fiji has been deeply healing for me - not just because the islands are breathtakingly beautiful, but because of the pace of life and the warmth of the people. Time slows down here. You start noticing the ocean again. The wind. The way the sky looks at sunset.

To see water...

You remember that nature has always been holding us - through every season, every heartbreak, every rebirth. You remember that the world can still spin without you doing your normal every day tasks for a bit. You remember how to breathe.

And that’s why this retreat is here.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is step outside the machine of the world long enough to hear our own inner compass again.

To move.
To breathe.
To laugh.
To dance overlooking the ocean.

To be island girls in an island world shaking ass and nurturing our own souls.

I cannot wait to share this place with you.

I cannot wait for you to feel what these islands do to the soul.

So babe… it might be time to book that plane ticket.

WASAWASA HOTEL & EVENT CENTER

Our retreat will take place at Wasawasa Hotel & Event Center, a stunning ocean facing property tucked into the lush hills of Savusavu.

Wasawasa is the sister property to Namale Resort & Spa, owned by Tony Robbins. The space was originally created to host transformational retreats and gatherings, and until now has primarily been used for Tony Robbins’ own events.

You may notice that Wasawasa is difficult to find online — that’s because it isn’t widely advertised and has largely remained a private retreat space.

Until now. . .

Bc the girls are taking over.

Here, surrounded by ocean, jungle, and island life, we gather in sisterhood and hot girl shit— not to escape life, but to deepen it.

The rooms you see directly behind the pool are the Wasawasa Lodge rooms. Just a bit farther back on the property are the Wasawasa Inn (garden view) rooms.

This is where we’ll be dancing. (below)

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR

This retreat is for the woman who feels the pull to step away from the noise for a moment and return to herself.

The one who knows life moves fast - and sometimes the most powerful

thing you can do is pause long enough to listen to your own inner compass again.

It’s for women who want to move their bodies, breathe deeper, reconnect with their sensuality, and spend time in the kind of sisterhood where everyone gets to show up fully as themselves.

You don’t need to be a professional dancer.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need the willingness to show up, move, and meet yourself where you are.

GETTING THERE ✈️

Getting to our Fiji retreat is actually very simple, even though it feels like a far-away dream destination.

First, you’ll fly internationally into Nadi International Airport (NAN), which is Fiji’s main airport. Most international flights land here.

From Nadi, you’ll take a short domestic flight to Savusavu Airport (SVU) — the beautiful island where our retreat takes place. The flight is about one hour, and the views of the islands along the way are incredible.

A quick personal tip: I highly recommend Fiji Airways for your international flight. This is what I’ve always flown when traveling to Fiji and I’ve had great experiences with them.

Depending on your international flight timing, you have two options:

Option 1:

Fly into Nadi and connect straight to Savusavu the same day.

Option 2 (very common):

Land in Nadi in the evening, stay one night at a hotel near the airport, and take a short domestic flight to Savusavu the next morning. When I traveled here previously, I chose the overnight option and it was easy.

‼️ Important Note When Booking Flights ‼️

Please triple check your destination airport before booking your domestic flight.

You are flying to Savusavu Airport (SVU). There is another city in Fiji called Suva, which has the airport code SUV. These two are commonly confused, but Suva is not where the retreat is taking place.

So when booking, make sure your final destination reads:

Savusavu — Airport Code: SVU

Travel Dates 📅

To align with the retreat schedule, we recommend booking flights that arrive and depart on the following dates:

Arrival Day in SAVUSAVU: July 13

Departure Day from SAVUSAVU: July 18

Once you land in Savusavu, transportation to the retreat property will be arranged for you, so from that point forward you can fully relax.

Your retreat investment covers your accommodations, meals, classes, experiences, and transportation once you arrive in Savusavu.

The only thing you’ll need to book separately is your airfare to Fiji. 🌺

Ps. If you feel like extending your pacific ocean travels, Australia is about a 4-5hr flight from Nadi (depending on the city you fly to), and Nadi, Fiji, has some beautiful destinations as well!

You know I’m a world explorer girl and so I obviously encourage you to venture before/after the retreat!

NOTE FOR ALL RETREAT BOOKINGS:

Booking your room officially secures your space at the retreat. Due to the limited number of spots and the advance commitments required with the property, all retreat bookings are final and non-refundable.
